Pinnacle Toxicology : Services Offered

Fast and accurate results are provided by our certified medical lab for both Corporate Accounts and Individual Clients. The personal service offered at Pinnacle Toxicology allows you to talk to any of the professional staff members who will promptly help get your issue resolved or your question answered.

Most drug tests take all of about five minutes to administer. We do not want to take any more time out of your day than we have to. So, by going to one of our collection sites or coming to our main lab, we can have you in and out in 30 minutes or less.

Results of your drug test(s) can be accessed online through a secure password protected website. Our online database results are archived for two years. Results that are analyzed to be negative are posted within 24 hours of testing and presumptive positive results can be accessed within 72 hours. We want to make certain a positive result is accurate, so the Medical Review Officer on staff checks over all positive results to give a final confirmation.

All blood work takes longer to evaluate, but most results can be available within 24-48 hours by calling Pinnacle's certified laboratory. Our number is 972-673-0305.

Drug Testing
We want to be your partner for a drug-free workplace and assist you in establishing a drug testing program for your company. Pre-employment screening, D.O.T. (Department of Transportation) tests and random drug tests are available to make sure your employees are not using any illegal substances.

There is a large amount of liability involved with inaccurate results. A false negative result as well as a false positive result could have disastrous consequences. There is a big push in the industry to do "rapid screen" or "dip card" drug tests. Those have been proven to give unreliable results. A "dip card" result is inadmissible in court, while our results can serve as legal evidence. We have been involved in court cases as expert witnesses to verify results. Our drug testing is conducted on site using industry certified methods.
